It began with a spark
Both of creativity and of resilience. My love for ceramics was first inspired by my mom, Tina, who once ran her own ceramics business. Growing up, I watched her pour, fire, and bring life to beautiful pieces, never realizing how much it would one day shape my own journey.
Years later, after our house burned down, only a few things from my mom’s business remained. One of them was her kiln. That kiln became the foundation of She's Kilnin It—a business built not just on art, but on legacy, faith, and family.

This business is special for another reason.
In 2019
My daughter's father, Brandon, passed away. In the years that followed, I needed a way to support us while navigating grief, healing, and raising Makynli as a single parent. She's Kilnin It started as a way to bring in extra income, but it quickly became something much more—it became a way to rebuild, to create something meaningful out of a difficult season.

I’ve been grateful
That the support from Brandon’s passing has allowed me to cover our basic needs, giving me the opportunity to focus on this business while being more present for Makynli. Every painted piece, every class, and every kit I put together is not just about ceramics—it’s about creating a life that allows me to be the best mom I can be while doing something I love.

With a handful of molds
And a passion
I started She's Kilnin It right from my home. It has since grown into something much more—an opportunity for people to slow down, create, and make memories with their own hands. My daughter, Makynli, and my nieces, Dakotah and Suzy, have been a part of this journey, making it a true family effort. Even my sister plays a role, creating the artwork for our kits, adding another special family touch to every piece we offer.
At She's Kilnin It
We believe that every brushstroke tells a story, and every creation carries a piece of the person who made it. Whether you’re painting for fun, learning a new skill, or sharing a special moment with loved ones, you’re part of something bigger — just like I am, carrying on what my mom started years ago while building a future for my daughter. So come create with us.
Let’s make memories, one ceramic piece at a time.
